Laser Tube Cutting

The Adige LT8 Tube Laser excels in having the greatest flexibility, quality and precision cutting on a tube diameter range from .472 to 8.66 inches and a bar weight up to 23.5 pounds per feet.

Laser processing can reduce manufacturing cost by eliminating manufacturing sequences. Laser tube processing can drill, bevel, miter and cut-to-length in one operation. Part geometry is determined by the laser path which is computer numerically controlled (CNC), thereby eliminating the need for high-capital expenditure dies, tooling or stamping presses. And, because no hard tooling is required, both high and low volumes are economically justifiable when using this equipment.
